Return Policy

We want you to love every book and print you receive from CATECHIZED. If something is not right, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, physical items such as paperbacks, hardcovers, and art prints must be unused and in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging where possible.

To start a return, email [email protected] with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Digital products, including ebooks and audiobooks, cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed. Book Club memberships may be cancelled at any time from your account and are governed by our Terms & Conditions.
